I decided to retire after 28 years with the United States Postal Service.  I carried mail for 17 years then broke my ankle in the ice.  I got letter of warning, two surgeries, then reclassified as a rehab.  I worked, learned new craft, and wound up as a supervisor.  I did good and wound up as a Postmaster of a level 13, then a 16, and finally a 20.  I am retiring with honors.  I just want to jog, bike, read books, and sit on the deck sunbathing!  I want everyone in the USPS to know that they must just follow policy and get to the brass ring!!!!!
